Xcessive Manufacturing S14 to BEAMS Motor Mount Brackets

When that KA gets tired and you want a good swap with a 6 speed manual transmission, look into a Toyota BEAMS motor set. We make a nice affordable set of quality motor brackets to make your BEAMS swap a lot easier. Our formed steel brackets have a lifetime warranty and make a great fitting package. The slotted design makes install simple when used with our transmission cross member and one piece drive line, add a power steering line and some urethane motor mounts and you’ve got a package that can handle a lot of abuse for a long time. General fitment The BEAMS is a nice fit directly into the S chassis with it's front sump oil pan configuration. We've made our swap brackets to work with stock rubber mounts or any aftermarket performance mounts that would normaly be used for KA's or SR's. We also make a nice set of performance urethane mounts! Hood Clearance and Exhaust The BEAMS is a nice fit under the hood of the S14 and the exhaust is on the left side just like a KA or SR. You will need to get the header around the steering, but then it can be tied into 240 exhaust going down the same side. Transmission fitment The J160 6 speed manual is nicely packaged unit that doesn't require any clearance work to fit the 240 chassis, even the stock J160 shifter is a nice fit! We also make a transmission cross member to hold it place as well as a Urethane transmssion mount. Drive lines The J160 transmssion will require a new drive line, but the S14 BEAMS driveshaft is a pretty straight forward unit for us to make in a one piece design.
