This Wiring Specialties PRO Series harness was designed from the ground-up, specifically for a USDM LHD V35 Infiniti G35 (2002-2007) with a 2JZGTE non-VVTi engine swap.
The harness is designed 'Tucked' for a clean installation. The harnesses are built to exceed OEM spec for wire quality and power/ground routing.
Wiring Specialties has developed the CANBUS converter device to allow full gauge functionality, fan control and all of this in a plug and play package. No CORE needed, Plug and Play, startup guaranteed.

ENGINE: JZS147 and JZA80 2JZGTE Non-VVTi
- Any non-VVTI 2JZGTE from 1991-1997 Aristo
- Any non-VVTI 2JZGTE from MKIV Supra
- For GM/LQ9 coils – upgrade should be used with an aftermarket ECU and run sequentially. OEM ECUs require IGF signal produced by the ignition chip. When the chip is removed for LQ9 coil installation, an aftermarket ECU or IGF simulator box is required.
CHASSIS: USDM LHD V35 Infiniti G35
- Any USDM LHD V35 Infiniti G35 manufactured in 2002-2007
- Retains factory FANS, Speedometer, tachometer, engine temperature gauge, oil pressure gauge, alternator charge light, reverse lights and wipers.
- The Wiring Specialties harness provides proper 350z / G35 gauge cluster functionality for the 2JZ engine swap. ECU output functions such as Tach, Engine coolant temp, CEL, Speedometer, fuel gauge and illumination are all supported by the proprietary CANbus controller, included in this kit.
- Fans functionality – the factory car has very capable fans and controllers. We suggest keeping them for the swap, when possible. The Wiring Specialties CANbus Controller retains the factory fan functionality, with pre-set engine temp turn ON and OFF points. We also provide an override for FULL ON fan function by engaging the DSC button. Sleek and clever!
- Plug and play features of this harness require the OEM 350Z / G35 body harness, body control module and fuse boxes to be UNMODIFIED. The harness utilizes a number of relays and controllers from the OEM setup, so they need to remain on the chassis fuse box, in stock form.
- For proper Oil Pressure Gauge function, the 350z / G35 OEM oil pressure sending unit needs to be used (located near the JZ Oil filter). In most cases a relocation line needs to be used in order to use the OEM sensor with the swap. Harness connection will be provided to reach the passenger side shock tower for sensor relocation (optional).
