Supertech Nissan SR20DE SR20DET 34.15mm (Std Size) Black Nitrided Intake Valve - Set of 8

This is a set of 8 Supertech Stainless Steel Black Nitrided Intake Valves for Nissan RWD SR20DET 2.0L Engines. Supertech only offers the higher quality Inconel Valves for the exhaust side of this engine. 

Supertech has been around for a long time in the Valvetrain industry, and has race proven their product year after year, and backed it up with world records and first place trophies. We use Supertech in our top level engine builds for good reason. We suggest Supertech Valvesprings and Retainers and actually use them in some of our very own cars.

Production of Supertech racing valves begins with a one piece forging, where the head of the valve is forged under a slow two step process to keep a good material grain flow. The forging is then CNC machined in several steps to ensure the precision of the final dimensions. We then do another heat treatment for stress relieving followed by a nitride hardening treatment (or coating process depending on the application). Lastly, we do one more grinding, followed by our patented Superfinishing of the surface to ensure that each valve is free of any imperfections and the dimensions are precise.
