It is made from a high-tech, engineering plastic which makes it extremely durable and well fitting. The Bumper Buddy bolts on easily and is adjustable, so it works with OEM and aftermarket fenders. On aftermarket fenders, some drilling and minor modifications may be necessary. Instructions, and all the hardware you need. are included. The Bumper Buddy relieves the stress off of the corner mounting points that are notorious for damaging fenders and bumpers alike. The Bumper Buddy distributes that pressure over a larger surface area reinforcing the front leading edge of the fender. Get rid of the unsightly bumper gap!
