■Features
- The stock ECU manages output based on torque, so just changing the exhaust alone will limit the output to the stock. When combined with the Power Editor, the output becomes as both graph. Stock: 250kw, 434.9 N.m, and with the LMS: 252kw, 438.6 N.m. It can further enhance the output by increasing the boost. *Power Editor: 42018-AH013 (for FL5)
- The exhaust pressure is 30% lower compared to stock, and the exhaust efficiency is increased. Therefore, by using the Power Editor and tune the ECU, you can expect even more power enhancement
- By eliminating the valves, the space originally occupied by stock valves is effectively utilized. We have also adopted an enlarged pipe diameter and a straight structure, achieving a 30% reduction in exhaust pressure compared to stock
Stock pipe diameter: φ60 → φ50×2 (when the valve is closed), φ60×1 (when the valve is open).
LMS pipe diameter: φ74.7 → φ60.5×2.
- The stock exhaust features a valve mechanism, but this product is valveless.
- Concerns about error code occurrence due to the valveless design can be avoided by using the included actuator.
- he included actuator replicates the mechanism of the stock valve. By installing the stock motor, it moves in the same way as the stock valve, preventing error codes from being triggered.
- In FL5, if the stock motor idles or is removed, error codes will be recorded. Please note that the check engine light will not illuminate.
- You can check for the presence of error codes by connecting a diagnostic tool to the OBD.
- Starting from October 1, 2024, OBD inspections are scheduled to begin in JAPAN. If error codes are recorded during inspection, it may prevent the vehicle from passing the inspection. However, using the included actuator ensures that no error codes are recorded, so you can use it with confidence even after OBD inspections are introduced.
About HKS muffler
*1: About center pipe
Diameter of center pipe is the portion that has the largest diameter. (Excluding silencer and tip.) It is the condition with stock suspension.
*2: Minimum road clearance between HKS muffler (Any parts included in the kit) and road surface. Therefore, it may be different from actual road clearance of the vehicle.
The data is basically the condition with stock suspension. However, please understand that some items have data with low down spring or ride height adjustable suspension kit.
