from $249.99
This product is designed for enthusiasts who want to adapt an aftermarket fuel rail and/or fuel pressure regulator seamlessly as well as clean up their Nissan 240sx S13 | S14 engine bay with quality stealth design and components. If assembled incorrectly the fuel lines can cause leaks, which can easily catch your car on fire and/or lead to engine failure. With our kit we use the best fittings in the industry and pressure test every line we assemble. If this product is installed correctly, we guarantee a leak free start up.
AFTERMARKET FPR Kit
This kit includes (3) black -6AN nylon sheathing/SS reinforced hoses and a black anodized fuel filter. Everything needed for the changeover. The FPR mounts on the passenger side shock tower. It is a pre-fuel rail designed fuel pressure regulator setup. Most kits have the FPR after the fuel rail, which makes for 1 extra fuel line and more engine bay clutter. This does require you to plug/block off one side of the fuel rail Chase Bays specializes in fixing clutter.
• Fuel Feed to Filter - This clamps to the OEM feed hard line coming out from beneath the chassis and attaches to the inline fuel filter. The inline fuel filter attaches to a 90º coupler to attach to the inlet fitting on the FPR.
• FPR to Fuel Rail – This line threads onto the FPR then to the supplied fuel rail adapter fitting on the fuel rail.
• FPR to Return – The fuel return line attaches to the bottom of the FPR then routes down to the OEM return hard line.
STOCK FPR Kit
This kit includes (3) black -6AN nylon sheathing/SS reinforced hoses and a black anodized fuel filter. Everything needed for the changeover. This eliminates the engine bay clutter of the un-aesthetically designed OEM Nissan S13 | S14 fuel lines.
• Fuel Feed to Filter - This clamps to the OEM feed hard line coming out from beneath the chassis and attaches to the inline fuel filter. The inline fuel filter mounts on the passenger side frame rail near the firewall using a rubber-insulated clamp.
• Filter to Rail – This line threads onto the filter then to the supplied fuel rail adapter fitting in the fuel rail.
• Stock FPR to Return – The fuel return line attaches to the bottom of the FPR on the driver side of the fuel rail then down to the OEM return hard line.
These kits do not require any type of flaring. It is made to work with any fuel rail setup just select what fuel rail you have above and we will match the two up.
****The second option of "Select Fuel Pressure Regulator Type Used" is solely telling us if you're using a stock FPR or aftermarket FPR. The $50 dollar charge is for additional line, FPR adapter fittings to AN, and FPR bracket. This option does not add the FPR itself. Aftermarket FPR's are not 50 dollars...not quality ones at least! The last option on the page is what adds the FPR itself. For more info on the FPR's click the links below:***
