Exhaust Camshafts - 274 Duration - 11.30mm Lift

PROCAMS are as the name says, specifically designed for professional use only. Since these camshafts have aggressive cam duration and lift, additional valve train components will be needed to make these work properly. Depending on the engine design and the cylinder head, it may also require additional machining to allow clearance of the high lift cam lobes. An aftermarket ECU is a must, as well as the upgrading of the fuel system to cope with the higher flow rates that the new setup will have.

Coating the surface of camshaft with manganese phosphate in order to protect from damage even when the camshaft has not lubricated yet. This has done by steeping press process that produces 0.5mm to 15 micromillimeter thin of manganese phosphate coating on its surface to prevent from direct contact with other metal parts while realizing smooth operation.

NOTE: Upgraded valve springs are required to install these camshafts on your VQ35. Also, piston to valve clearance must be checked, the high lift and duration could lead to piston / valve contact with VTC Timing advance.
